Tasha L. Jones is the CEO + Founder of LV Jones Consulting and a leadership facilitator, executive coach, organizational strategist, and speaker based in Denver, CO. She partners with leaders and organizations navigating pivotal moments of growth, change, and transformation.

Before founding LV Jones Consulting, Tasha built a career leading teams and helping organizations navigate complex change. As former Chief Marketing Officer of Mile High United Way, she gained firsthand experience in executive leadership, organizational strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and community engagement.

Today, that experience informs her work as a leadership facilitator and executive coach in Denver, CO, helping leaders strengthen teams, navigate organizational change, and make decisions that create lasting impact.

Shaping a {{gold:New Chapter}} for an Iconic {{gold:Community}}

Tasha played an instrumental role in the brand evolution of Denver’s former Stapleton International Airport, helping usher in a new chapter for what is now the Central Park community. Her work supported the launch of 12 diverse neighborhoods and community messaging designed to connect with the people who lived, worked, and gathered there.

Her contributions also included the 2011 HGTV Green Home campaign, showcasing the community’s commitment to sustainable growth. This high-profile work deepened Tasha’s experience balancing diverse perspectives, community expectations, and ambitious development goals.
